President and CEO - Robert A. Sim Mr. Sim is a self employed businessman with over 25 years experience in public and private resource companies. Most recently, (2001 - 2010), he served as Director, President and DFO of Petrostar Petroleum Corporation (TSX.V-PEP), a public junior oil company developing heavy oil properties in Lloydminster, SK and light oil leases in the Bakken Oil Play in SE Saskatchewan and SW Manitoba. In addition, Mr. Sim led the development of two technologies. The first is an electric down-hole heating unit (DHT) which heats well-bore fluids to 200 C increasing the reservoir viscosity for inflow and increased production. The second is an electric tank heater (ETH) providing a safer method of heat treating production oil in storage tanks. During 1997 - 2002 he was a director of Cancoil Technology Corp., the precursor to Cancoil Integrated Services Inc., now Technicoil Corp. (TSX.V-TEC) a major public oil and gas service company with over 100 employees and gross billings approaching $90 million per year predicated on 2010 activity. Mr. Sim was one of the original founders and shareholders of Cancoil Technology Corporation who were instrumental in raising approximately $2 million in private and borrowed capital to build and patent a state of the art Coil Tubing Drilling Rig and Nitrogen Pumper Unit. Mr. Sim was also director and officer of several Canadian public companies in the 1980s. Director - Brian Sims Mr. Sins recently retired as labour relations coordinator, from the Council of Marine Carriers, an employer's association providing regulatory and labour relations services to member companies in the tugboat industry, a position he held for over 30 years. His responsibilities included sitting as trustee/director of a number of bodies, including two industry benefit plans, two industry pension plans with aggregate funds under trust of $200 million, chaired the Joint Industry (union-management) Safety Committee, was a founding director of the Transportation Career Development Association, a multiple industry organization which administrates apprenticeship training in the transportation industry in BC, funded by the BC Provincial Government, was a founding director of the Pacific Marine Training Institute (presently a satellite college of BCIT) . In addition, Mr. Sims served as director in several public companies in both Canada and the United States during the 1980s and 1990s. Director - Norm Rempel
Mr. Rempel brings a progressive background in senior-level operations, product development, sales and financial management capacities. His solid leadership abilities, business mindset and decision making skills in guiding companies to achieve tangible growth in market share, sales and profit have already increased the profitability of the Company. He continues to maintain strict control over operating expenditures and identify opportunities to improve business processes. Mr. Rempel is also the holder of a Certificate from Simon Fraser University for completion of the course, PUBLIC COMPANIES, Better, Faster, Cheaper. Mr. Rempel is a Certified Manager , a designation earned through the Institute of Certified Managers. Manager, FCI Products Division - David Martens Mr. Martens has twenty-eight years experience as the owner/manager of Pro-Am Color Ltd. in Abbotsford, BC. Mr. Martens has developed a number of innovative FCI products such as the EXTREME GREEN, introduced to the public in January, 2007 and BEST Craft Organizer which has surpassed all expectations. Development and manufacture of other products continues for worldwide markets. He has extensive sales and business knowledge, including product promotion and is the formulator of sales strategies to expand customer base and company product offerings.
